What personal information we collect

• Information you give us: when you fill in a contact form, email or call us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, website and your message.
• Information collected automatically: when you browse the site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you proposals or quotes you ask for.
• To follow up on enquiries about our SEO, AEO and Google Ads services.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• To measure the results of our own advertising.
• To protect the website from spam, abuse and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager, which can load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags. These use cookies to count visits, see which pages are used and measure the results of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site also shows our Instagram feed, which loads images from Instagram (Meta).

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it:

• our website host and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website;
• Google, for analytics, advertising measurement and email;
• Akismet (Automattic), which checks form submissions for spam;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers that are bound by data protection laws or agreements that give a level of protection similar to POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

The website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to form submissions is limited to the people who need it, and our systems are password protected.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it, including for direct marketing. To do this, email [email protected]. If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
